RETURNS POLICY

Size exchanges

We regret that we are unable to offer size exchanges. This is because your garments are printed (or embroidered) to order. For this reason, we lovingly ask that you don't order multiple sizes for comparison at home. This hits small businesses like us much harder than the big boys and girls! Moreover, it creates potential waste and increases the carbon footprint of your order. You can read more about why this is important to us here.

Instead, please carefully check our size guides and don't hesitate to contact us if you're unsure - we'd love to help you get it right first time and save you the bother of having to return something.

Returns

If your purchase is in any way faulty, please do not hesitate to let us know and we'll get right on it. You will receive either a replacement item or refund as you request.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, you will have 14 days to let us know and to send it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this timeframe.

Your item must be unused (unwashed and unworn) and in its original condition. We will be unable to accept returns with make-up or deodorant stains or odours.

IMPORTANT - to reduce the environmental impact of your purchase, your order is sent to you directly from our printers (Inkthreadable). PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ITEMS DIRECTLY TO INKTHREADABLE. They will be unable to process your return and your item will likely be lost.

Instead, please email us to register your request and to receive your unique return reference and instructions:

Without a note specifying your returns reference, we will likely be unable to identify your item.

As a small business, we regret that we are unable to cover the cost of returns as yet. This is something we will work towards as we grow. For the time being, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service, purchase shipping insurance, or, at the very least, obtaining proof of postage. We cannot guarantee that your item will reach us via your chosen service, in which case we would be unable to process your refund. Please keep in mind that the item would need to be returned to our UK address.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will notify you that we have approved your refund.
